We have a state-of-the-art surgical suite for providing care to our patients. We use radiowave surgical technology, an advanced technique that allows for shorter anesthesia time, shorter healing time, and significantly less bleeding and discomfort for our patients. This technology is even safer than laser surgery techniques. We also work with a network of specialists should your pet need any specialized surgery.
The anesthesia protocols used by the team at Advanced PetCare of Oakland are the safest possible. We are committed to providing an extra margin of safety for our patients of all ages. We use the most modern, up-to-date monitoring equipment to ensure that our patients’ vitals are monitored and recorded throughout their procedure. Our staff will be present from the start of each surgery until your pet is completely awake from anesthesia.

We actively provide education for our clients, as a means of preventing oral diseases and other potential health problems that can be caused by an unhealthy mouth.

Pets can be easily separated from their owners, but not so easily reunited. For this reason, we recommend microchipping for each pet. Our team also works closely with the Oakland County Animal Control to help issue dog licenses to all pet owners.
We provide dietary counseling to our clients because we believe that maintaining a healthy body weight is a very important aspect of a pet’s overall physical health.
